The Bee-Alpha Foundation has developed a strategic roadmap that guides how we will establish life-saving treatment programs, advance research, and expand our impact across underserved regions.
Our mission will unfold through three key phases, each designed to strengthen our ability to serve children battling cancer and support the families who stand beside them.
The first phase focuses on establishing the foundation needed to launch the Bee-Alpha Pediatric Cancer Research and Wellness Center in Cameroon. During this stage, the organization will secure funding, develop strategic partnerships, begin facility construction, and recruit specialized medical professionals.
This phase will create the infrastructure and partnerships necessary to begin delivering pediatric cancer treatment and research programs.
