Our Strategic Growth Plan
Building a world-class pediatric cancer research and wellness center requires careful planning, strong partnerships, and long-term commitment. The Bee-Alpha Foundation has developed a strategic roadmap that guides how we will establish life-saving treatment programs, advance research, and expand our impact across underserved regions.
Our mission will unfold through three key phases, each designed to strengthen our ability to serve children battling cancer and support the families who stand beside them.
Foundation & Infrastructure (Years 1–3)
The first phase focuses on establishing the foundation needed to launch the Bee-Alpha Pediatric Cancer Research and Wellness Center in Cameroon. During this stage, the organization will secure funding, develop strategic partnerships, begin facility construction, and recruit specialized medical professionals.
This phase will create the infrastructure and partnerships necessary to begin delivering pediatric cancer treatment and research programs.
Key Focus Areas
Securing funding and strategic partnerships
Planning and constructing the treatment facility
Acquiring medical and research equipment
Recruiting pediatric oncology specialists and support staff
Operational Excellence (Years 4–6)
In this phase, the Bee-Alpha center will begin providing pediatric cancer treatment while launching research initiatives focused on childhood cancers affecting underserved regions. Family support services and survivor scholarship programs will also be introduced to help children and their families navigate life during and after treatment.
This phase marks the beginning of direct impact for children and families.
Key Focus Areas
Launching pediatric cancer treatment services
Establishing pediatric oncology research programs

Regional Expansion & Global Collaboration (Years 7–10)
The final phase focuses on expanding the reach of Bee-Alpha’s programs beyond the initial center. The foundation will work to establish satellite clinics in underserved regions while strengthening partnerships with global medical institutions and research organizations.
Through collaboration, training, and knowledge sharing, Bee-Alpha aims to improve pediatric cancer care across Africa and contribute to global research efforts.
